For a smooth booking experience, try these steps:

  • Turn off any content blockers running on the page.
  • Add these emails to the contacts list for the email you use to schedule.
    • contact@rlbtutorme.com ~and~ rlbtutorme@gmail.com
    • If you don’t know how to add an email contact, check out these links for Yahoo, Outlook/Hotmail, and for Google.
  • After scheduling, please check both email inbox and spam folders. Scheduling emails and invoice should be delivered shortly after booking.
    • Please contact me if you are having any trouble or if you do not receive these emails within ten minutes of scheduling.

Having trouble?

Here are some steps to help you complete your booking:

Before you begin, please make sure you have added these two emails to the contact list for your scheduling email.

Once you have added these emails, you can go ahead and follow these steps:

1. Select your service type from the dropdown lists and then click Continue.
– If you’d like to order a lesson package, select 60 Minute Session, click Continue and you will be prompted with the package options.
– If you only want to order one session, click the blue Skip button across the bottom to go on to scheduling.

2. Next you will be prompted to select dates and times from the calendar. Select your date/time and click Continue. This will be repeated for each service that you book. If you can’t find a day that suits you, send me a message! All sessions are eligible for changes and refunds, as per the RLB Creative Tutoring change policy. Read more here.

3. After choosing your dates, your selections will be added to your cart.
– If you want to book more services, click the +Book another button at the bottom. Follow against from step one. This may be repeated until you have selected all services you would like to book. Once complete, hit Continue to move on.
If you make a mistake, hit the backward arrow at the top of the scheduling widget [NOT the back button on your browser].

4. Next you will be prompted to enter your personal information. Name and email are required for booking, but phone number is optional. [Only input your mobile phone if you would like text alerts. If not, please leave this field blank.] Click Continue once you are done.

Note: If you have a WordPress account already, this may attempt to autofill. The autofill email can only be changed if you are logged out of the WordPress account. Please let me know if you have any issues with this.

5. The last page will give options for payment. A summary of your purchase will be displayed for your review.
– Here you will have the option to enter any coupon codes for any discounts offered. Click Add once you have typed in the code.
– After you’ve entered your coupon code, select your preferred payment method. PayPal and Stripe are our trusted payment partners who offer secure payments via bank account or card.

For Stripe, you will be prompted to enter card details on this page.

For PayPal, you will be directed to a popup window to securely login to your account.

6. After you’ve entered your payment information, hit the final Checkout/Continue button. You will see a confirmation when everything is complete, and you will have the option to login to your customer portal where you can change any booking details.

Note: Customer portal will be opened only by request. When you click to enter the portal the first time, it will ask you to enter a password to secure your account. A secure login link will be sent to your email on file. Password can be changed at any time via email link.
