RLB Creative Tutoring employs a generous change policy, centered around timely communication and respect. Following these guidelines will ensure both our time is used best. The policy outlined below highlights how rescheduling and refunds will officially be managed.
Bottom line: If you ever can’t make it to your appointment, please send notice as soon as you can. I understand that things can come up. All I ask is that you communicate this with me so we can change accordingly.

Late policy:
Lateness is allowed but not encouraged. I will always do my best to arrive a few minutes early to sessions, and I understand if something comes up. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late to session we will not be able to cover the material planned, and we will need to reschedule.
Rescheduling links are sent along with each booking, and can also be accessed here. Please keep in mind that, if you still have not sent word of your absence 15 minutes past the session start time, you will be counted as a No-Show.
No-Show policy:
A ‘No-Show’ is defined as anyone who does not arrive to an appointment by a certain deadline. All sessions will include a 15 minute grace period for lateness, but after this time the session will be officially canceled and no longer eligible to be rescheduled. I will review refund requests for No-Shows on a case-by-case basis. If you cannot show up to a session and have already passed the deadline, please send a message as soon as you can.
Rescheduling:
Any session can be rescheduled at any time, provided that you give notice to me via email or by rescheduling on the website before the session start time. Once the session starts, reschedules are not possible through the app and will need to be done manually. Contact me if you are unable to reschedule via the app. Otherwise, rescheduling links are sent along with each booking and can also be accessed here.
Cancellations:
Any session can be canceled, prior to the session start time, without penalty. It is up to you to keep in contact in the event of a cancellation, as we will have to manually rebook any cancelled session which you would like to reschedule. Refunds will be issued by request only.
Refund policy:
If you are not happy with the service provided, you may request a refund by contacting me here. Refunds will be issued for any canceled session or package if requested prior to the session start time. After the session has started (or ended), refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Rollovers:
In the event that you are unable to complete the purchased lessons for the month, your unused lessons will still be available and will rollover for use in the next month. If this occurs, simply schedule out to a date that works for you. No further action is necessary.
Policy changes:
Please keep in mind that any of these policies are subject to change at any time. All students will be notified, by email, and presented with all changes in writing if any of these policies are ever changed.
